Jennifer Grillo, FNP-C

Jennifer Grillo joined our practice in June 2023. She has been practicing as a nurse practitioner for fourteen years now, graduating from George Mason University in collaboration with George Washington University in 2009. She is a board-certified family nurse practitioner and has worked in family practice, internal medicine and urgent care settings. Prior to obtaining her master’s degree, she completed her undergraduate nursing program at the University of Virginia in 2005 and practiced as a registered nurse in both the Cardiac Intensive Care Unit and the Post-operative Recovery Unit. She grew up in Northern Virginia, but has resided in Stafford with her family for over 10 years.

Jennifer is passionate about health prevention and health promotion and is committed to treating the whole person, not simply physical signs and symptoms. She truly values and respects the provider-patient relationship and views this relationship as a partnership to help patients live their best lives and achieve wellness. Outside of practicing medicine, she enjoys spending time with her husband, two children and staying active and involved in their various extracurricular activities.
